Hi, I am looking for someone to fill a private bedroom with shared bath by July 1st. This will be a yearly lease that will be shared with a CSULB Alumni. The apartment is located walking distance to CSULB (near Atherton St & Bellflower Blvd) & has amenities such as laundry on site, gated community, garage storage, and parking on site/street parking. The location is perfect for students who would like to walk/bike/bus to campus and save themselves the trouble of parking on campus. This is a 2bd 1ba apartment and the rent for the private bedroom is $1200 w/o utilities. Deposit is $900 and rental application will need to be submitted. Landlord covers water and utilities range roughly around $80 each. I’m clean, laid back, lgbqt/420 friendly, open to coed roommates, but no pets. The private room will be available July 1st (possibly end of June).

Graduated from CSULB a few years back and been living in Long Beach since 2020. I’m really easy to get along with as long as you follow the rules we agree to. I keep my living space clean and keep to myself. I like to cook so cleaning is not a problem for me. During my days off I split my time relaxing at home or cycling/running at the beach.
