About the room
Looking for responsible professional roommate who can pass background check and sign new lease agreement. I have lived at this location for 3 years. I will need to convince my landlord that you are responsible and risk free. The landlord may sell the unit sometime in next year so please be prepared for that. It is a bargain for the right person and a solid location. Unfurnished room recently deep cleaned with TV mounted on wall streaming only with Roku stick installed or similar device BYOD. Currently used for storage. Room is unfurnished at this time with modest closet space and private bathroom. There is a washer dryer unit here that we could both share. Iām sorry, but I do not want to deal with pets or visits from your kids.
