Hey everyone! I’m a student at Cal looking to sublet my fully furnished room for the summer while I’m away. It’s a great opportunity for anyone needing short-term housing. If you’re interested, we are subletting the entire unit for $5,720.

📍 2150 Kittredge St, Unit 502. A 5-minute walk from RSF and campus and 2-minute walk to downtown BART

💰 $~1430/month. Water, trash, and internet are covered. (Able to negotiate!)

📅 May 18 – July 31 (2 months. May’s rent would be covered.)

🛏️ Fully furnished. 2 shared bedrooms with two beds each, two full baths.

👥 3 other roommates (also being sublet for the summer.)

✅ Has in-unit laundry, central AC and heating, dishwasher, and key fob entry. The apartment complex has multiple study lounges and rooms, a beautiful rooftop with games and fire pits (with amazing views of SF and the entire Bay area), secure mailing room, garage parking along with secure bike and scooter storage, managed WiFi.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. No complaints about noise or smoking. My roommates are also subletting their rooms, so the whole unit will be a fresh group for the summer.
