Its just me 40 yr old African American female, I work from home 3 out 5 days a week. Home is fully furnished minus the bedroom that is for rent. I keep the house clean, kitchen clean, fridge clean and take my shoes off on the carpets. I’d expect that if you mess up, you’d clean up. I’m not loud, I don’t smoke in the house and I dont have any kids or pets.
