Quiet neighborhood, close to stores, parks, Hayden Lake etc. House is owner occupied. This is a lower level unit and the owner lives upstairs with his dog so you may be exposed to normal daily sounds, along with occasional foot steps / light noise from dog and owner.
About the roomies
I am 38 years old, local Gym Co Owner and Personal Trainer. I have lived in Hayden CDA for 16 years. I enjoy the outdoors, most everything health and fitness related, and also my personal space and privacy. I will do my best to respect the space and privacy of my tenant as I would hope they do for me.
