About the room
Rooms for rent in a private house. There are 6 rooms available for you to choose from.
Rent is $1,000/month + $1,000 security deposit (refundable upon move-out).
All applicants will undergo a background check through the police department (the homeowner is a retired police officer).

Shared kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need for cooking) Indoor bathroom + 2 outdoor summer showers Jacuzzi Covered patio with BBQ grill Large parking area in front of the house Washer and dryer High-speed internet (2 Gbps wired / 300 Mbps Wi-Fi) All rooms are fully furnished. If you have your own furniture, you are welcome to bring it and arrange it in your room.
House rules will be provided by the owner on the day of move-in.
IMPORTANT: Rooms are available for men only (21+).
About the roomies
Currently, only the homeowner lives inside the house. There are also two additional residents on the property (outside the main house): one lives in a trailer, and the other in a small separate cottage.
