Located in the the very heart of Old Town Cottonwood with walking access to all the shops, boutiques, restaurants, piercing and tattoo shops. 10 min walk to the Verde River and close to Dead Horse Ranch. 20 min drive to Sedona !! Very ‘Shabby Chic/ Rustic’ with views of authentic Old Town Ruins right across the street. The property owner is only there a small portion of the time.
About the roomies
I will be the only other one living on property only a small portion of the time. I am a foodie. I am super chill leaning on the bohemian side. I am an avid tennis player, play chess, like to cycle and do river trips.
