It’s a beautiful older home in a super quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Tons of natural light, beautiful wooden floors, and a big backyard. The location is honestly perfect — about 4 minutes from Liberty Park and close to everything without feeling busy or loud. If you’re clean, respectful, and want a calm, comfortable place to live, we’ll probably get along great.

About the roomies

I’m Tate — laid‑back, clean, and easy to live with. I work a lot, keep things tidy, and like the house to feel peaceful. I have a very friendly and intelligent 35lbs dog. I will have the occasional kickback with friends at the house. I’m not looking for a party house or chaos, just someone who’s respectful, grounded, and cool to share a space with.
