About the room
The room is a modern homey vibe. A traditional Mexican home feel. Within the room is a full personal bathroom as well as a very large walk in closet. It has one big window that provides so much natural light to the room. The home itself has natural hard wood floors. A beautiful living room common area, as well as a gorgeous Puebla style kitchen accompanied with anything you might need to make a meal. There is a new washer and dryer in the home. The laundry room is its own room and any of the desperate amenities are all included in the base rent. Even wifi. My mom really just needs these rooms rented out so she can move to DC to care for my brother in the hospital.
My mom Is renting out two rooms in her home. Both come with a private bathroom. No carpet. WiFi included , access to a full shared kitchen and dining room. Access to a working shared washer and dryer room. Very open space concept house. With a very large common area living room. Both rooms have walk in closets.
About the roomies
The roomie would be my mom ( who won’t be living there necessarily she will be spending months in Washington with my brother who is in the hospital).
