Single occupancy (1 Person) bedroom for rent (1 Room). I have 1 Full Furnished Room and 1 Semi-furnished room.

We offer family style living in a five-bedroom home, two-story house, built in 1991. Amenities include a large family room, a Pet-Friendly area with TV, video streaming and games. We also have a beautiful large back yard patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture, great for summer relaxing and playing with the dogs. We have a full-size freezer in the garage and a large, shared refrigerator in the kitchen. Rental rooms have recently been updated with new flooring and paint.

Myself and 1 other person live & work in the home. Things are generally quite & we are very relaxed style living/eating.
