The room measures roughly 10’ x 12’ and with a sliding door closet. Our house features four bedrooms, each allocated for one roommate, along with shared spaces including a kitchen, living room. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as some storage space in the garage. Parking is available in the garage, though there’s also ample street parking right in front of the house. Our location is fantastic, situated near Costco, Sprouts, H-mart, 99 Ranch, and a Trader Joe’s.

We’re a group of two guys and one girl in our 20s and 30s, working in the tech and healthcare fields. We respect each other’s space and privacy while also enjoying communal activities. We also share our home with two cats, who are friendly, well cared for, and very much part of the household.
