I have two rooms available currently. The first bedroom is 10x14 with a built in office desk space. The second bedroom is 12x14 with closet and dresser. Each room is 900 a month and that includes utilities. Utilities include heat, electric, water, trash pick up, and internet. Room comes with bathroom with tub and shower. Shared common spaces include living room dining room, movie loft, backyard, parking, full kitchen, full bathroom, and full laundry room! The house was built in 1900, is warm and cozy, and has nice woodwork.

My name is Brendan. I am a single gay man living with my two cats. In recent years I have enjoyed maintaining my house by co-creating a warm and peaceful cohabiting space with roommates. I am currently studying mindfulness based transpersonal counseling. I minister to an LGBTQ affirming faith community. I espouse liberationist politics, I am passionate about applied theater. I am a carrier of songs, dances, stories, ancestral shrines, and I meditate. I like to cook, clean, exercise, sew, and grow things. Gays and all varieties of the LGBTQ community are encouraged to reach out. If you are not a member of the LGBTQ community please be someone who is LGBTQ friendly.
