This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a shared living room and kitchen. My roommate is moving after our lease is up at the end of May. I would like to stay there at least another year. The place is pet friendly and I have a 12 yr old golden retriever who is very friendly and loving. I live on the first floor with a small patio and a bbq.

I am a 34y/o single male independent contractor with jobs lined up around the state this summer, that being said I will be staying in my campers around 5 days a week at the job site and rarely be around on weekends during my busy season.
