We are offering a minimalist, clean, and comfortable room that is perfect for someone looking for a peaceful place to call home. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. One of the best parts of the property is the large backyard, which features a pool and jacuzzi—perfect for enjoying the outdoors. As a roommate, you will have full access to everything in the home, including the laundry room, kitchen, and living room. We also have a BBQ area in the back that you are welcome to use.

You’ll be sharing the home with a calm, easy-going family. For the most part, we are busy and out of the house at work or school, so the environment stays very quiet and peaceful throughout the week. We have a friendly poodle, so being comfortable with pets is a must! We value a space that is respectful and clean, and we’re looking for a responsible roommate who fits well with our low-key lifestyle.
