The room is unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make it your own, though a television can be provided if desired. An air mattress is also available temporarily if needed while you get settled. The room also offers a lovely view overlooking the community. The home includes access to a washer and dryer, a backyard space, additional storage if needed, and garage access. The atmosphere is quiet and ideal for someone who values a calm and respectful home environment. I am preferably seeking a single woman, a woman with one child, or a student. No pets, please. This is intended to be a temporary living arrangement, with a preference for month-to-month leasing, though I am open to 3- or 6-month agreements for the right fit.
