Room has its own entrance with outside patio area front and back. It also has its own heating cooling unit and adjustment control. Laundry plus bathroom attached to the back of room. Can be used as a studio room or an office space. Options for using larger kitchen area. Storage shed space. Needs to be a very quiet person lending to my writing and podcast production. Possible options for computer work or business organization for me. I have an extremely gorgeous cavapoo puppy. She is super loving and quiet. I have extra car possibilities if needed but bussing is easy to get to anywhere in town. There are many businesses in walking distance. Trader Joe’s is a half a block. Walgreens one block. Restaurants , vitamin shoppe, hair salons, cell phone shops all within a few blocks. Siesta Beach is about 6 mi away. Walmart 1 mi away. Car parts and Dollar tree close. Garden space could be available if you pay for the extra water.

I am a well seasoned health food chef. With cabinets full of every supplement ever needed. I play pickleball many days throughout the week. Do lots of writing and need quiet space. I have healthy productive spiritual growth skills. I live by the fact that life is really really good and I enjoy every aspect of it.
