Hi!,

I am currently moving due to a family situation but my current place is wonderful. It is located in the heart of the Upper East Side, right near the 6 and Q subway lines and Central Park. My current room is cozy and quaint and can fit a twin xl bed, drawers, and has a full closet with a window. The rental has a living space big enough for a couch and and kitchen with a shared bathroom unit. There is a washer unit in the basement, which is not a far walk since we are located on the first floor.

I will be taking some furniture, but my roommate also owns some of the furniture. The current decor can obviously change to meet your style.

Just some additional information! -This tenancy would be from 06/15/26-03/31/27. -My landlord is urgently requesting applications by 05/01 at the latest. -The monthly rent is $1420 which includes all utilities.
