Hi there! I’m Eli (they/them) and I’m looking for a roommate to share my cozy two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment in Vancouver, WA.
You’d have your own private room and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom already has a shower curtain and rug, and there’s a dresser in the room if you’d like to use it. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a wide farmhouse sink, pantry space, and soft close drawers. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer, plus a ductless mini-split system for both A/C and heating. Everything is brand new, which is really nice!
The complex is One26 Vista and it’s newly built! We have a gym, pool, hot tub, assigned parking spots, and secure package lockers. Since it’s new there’s not many people living here yet, so it feels really safe and quiet.
It’s in the Barberton area, right off 205 and close to the Costco on 84th Street, WSU, and Winco. 20 mins from Downtown Vancouver. 30 mins from Portland. Very accessible area while still being secluded.
Rent: $846 (+ ~$156 utilities) = ~$1,002 total.
I’m Eli! I’m 27 and I work full-time as a florist at New Seasons Market. At home I tend to keep things pretty low-key. I love cooking, watching movies, and crocheting. I’m queer and non-binary, so it’s important to me to live with someone who is LGBTQIA+ friendly (and/or part of the community themselves!). I don’t smoke, so I’m looking for a non-smoker.
I have a cat named Edgar who’s very sweet and a little shy at first. Once he warms up, he’s very cuddly and affectionate. I’d be open to another cat, but no dogs please! I love them, but Edgar just doesn’t do well with them.
I’d love to live with someone who communicates openly and is respectful of shared space. I’m fairly clean and like to keep shared spaces tidy and organized.
Ideally looking for a move-in by May 1st, but the room is currently vacant, so there’s some flexibility. You’d be added to the lease, which runs through next May 2027.
