Search for the intersections of Highways 92 and 62 in Rogers, AR for a close approximation of where the home is located as it is within a mile or so of that intersection. Note: the highlighted area in the map down below, last time I looked, does not include where this house is located - but it is nearby that area.

The home is furnished and the bedroom being rented is not - photos are from real estate listing. However, furnishing a bed, dresser, and desk can be provided for an additional $50.00 a month.

Looking for a single tenant without pets who is a quiet peaceful type looking for a safe and peaceful home to repose in at the end of their day.

There is a Prime Directive expected of all who enter my home. That Prime Directive is simply to be Respectful, Considerate, and Courteous to other people and their property while in this house, on this property, or in this subdivision.

Any other “Rules” that exist in this house are simply derivatives of that Prime Directive and are meant to promote peaceful and safe cohabitation.

On the flip side, if you are financially irresponsible, messy, don’t clean up after yourself, are loud, obnoxious, prone to drama, have alcohol/substance use issues, or are otherwise high maintenance and your foundational bias for prioritization is “self before others always” then you should probably look elsewhere.

Prefer longer term tenants but willing to negotiate otherwise. Term is calendar month to calendar month with one full calendar month’s advance notice required to terminate.

This price also includes professional cleaning of all common areas of the home on a regular basis as well as some other amenities.

I am a working professional nearing retirement who likes to keep active. Volunteerism is very high on my things to do when not working especially when it relates to veterans, at-risk children, or Disaster Recovery.
