About the room
Hey! I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment at Waterford in Frederick. It’s a super convenient, quiet area in north Frederick, a quick drive to downtown, Baker Park, and all the shops on 26 (Target, Walmart, grocery, etc). The complex has a pool and gym, and the unit itself has in‑unit laundry and a balcony, plus it’s really bright and comfy. Looking for a chill, clean roommate around my age who’s working or in school. Also someone who’s respectful when it comes to noise and guests.

About me: I’m 20 and I work overnights as a mental health associate at a psych unit, so I’m a night person and I’m usually in and out at weird hours. When I’m home I’m pretty low‑key – I like my space, I’m not super loud, and I mostly chill, sleep, or work on content.
