Available from May 23rd to September 8th, this is a seasonal sublet only! The room receives amazing sun and is super cozy. Built-in shelving is a huge plus for convenient storage. The room comes furnished as seen in the photos, but I may be able to arrange to have things moved or stored away. Otherwise you’d have access to my TV, Roku, Blu-ray player, tape and CD player, and a small collection of films books, and physical music media. The speaker is bluetooth as well. We’ve got a lovely backyard and a fire pit, and an attached garage with project/work space. I can provide pictures upon request! House has in-unit washer and dryer, printer/scanner, gas range, and oven combo. There’s not any space in the driveway for another car, but there’s abundant street parking. Roommate has a cat, so no other animals. This house is right behind the Laguna Village shopping center, where you can find a CVS, Grocery Outlet, Nautical Bean, and other stores. 3A/B and 2A/B SLO transit bus stops are also very conveniently accessible. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly – lots of dogs and families!

You’ll have three roommates, two guys and girl. All are very laid-back working adults. House culture is overall quiet and tame but friends are welcome over at reasonable hours. I’ve had a few great bonfires here! The housemates would like to get to know you, so if you’re interested in living here for the summer, let’s get a day to meet in the books!
