Looking for 2 additional male roommates, college students, starting in August, for a 4 bed/4 bath townhouse we recently purchased 13 minutes from campus. The townhouse comes fully furnished. The 2 rooms available include 1 with an ensuite bathroom ($600/mo) and 1 has its own bathroom across the hall ($550/mo).

About the roomies

My son, Mason is completing his freshman year at Texas Tech. He recently changed from an Architecture major to CMI (Creative Media Industries). He is pretty quiet, enjoys cooking, video games, sci-fi shows/movies. The other tenant is Cooper, who is also competing his freshman year. He is studying Civil Engineering and enjoys playing guitar, video games and hanging out with friends.
