Looking for a safe and reliable female roommate. Open to gay men as well. Not comfortable with straight men because we are two females. I’m renting a bedroom in my home which is next to a small bathroom and laundry room. This bathroom will be primarily for you other than when needed for laundry but would be sure to not use it when inconvenient to you. Quiet part of town, good size yard and back porch, plenty of parking.

I’m a 38 yr old female, my teenage daughter lives here as well. We have two friendly dogs and an elusive cat. Open to your pets depending on temperament.
