Hey Guys! I’ve got a great sized Bedroom on the 2nd floor available in my house. It has a nice size closet, and shared double vanity Bathroom (with me) with huge shower. Shared kitchen, living / family room, driveway / garage, and brand new washer / dryer.
Available to move in May 15ht, 2026.
Can sign up to 12 month lease, wifi included in the rent. Utilities would be split by 4 people (roughly $40-50 / person). Looking for a chill roommate. Rent is $950 / Month
House was built in 2022 located about 12minutes North of Downtown. Will provide one space in the driveway for parking. There is also a single car garage available. The room will be presented vacant. Feel free to reach out if interested.
About the roomies
Roommates consist of 3 awesome christian guys (include myself) all in mid-late twenties Young professionals, mostly remote work sometimes go into the office.
All are outgoing, into golf, skiing, working out, all sports, and are clean / keep the shared space neat. Non-smokers.
