Own bathroom and bedroom, not furnished. Shared living room and kitchen that are furnished. Apt living/upstairs. Property has wildlife, is pretty quite, workout room and clubhouse and seasonal pool. I have a washer/dryer in the apt and tons of tv apps are included with your rent payment. My apt is a home; Its not an AirBnB or hotel. The shared spaces are homey. There is space for your shoes on the shoe rack and room for your coats in the coat closet! There’s a wall for your frames or posters. I welcome you to be home in the space! (the pics show items in the space, but both the bedroom and bathroom are empty)

I have two fantastic little dogs, so no dogs please. Mine are enough. LOL. Also no cats. I work about 50hrs a week and work from home 2 days a week. No smoking or vaping in the apt. I love Jesus, Dolly, pink, tv, flamingos and butterflies and Harry Potter and eeyore. And i love theatre and am in a musical occasionally. My bedroom is crazy messy, but I keep the door closed. I keep shared spaces as tidy as possible with two little dogs that like to rearrange and leave their toys out. lol.
