Private 9.5’ x 11.5’ room with your own bathroom. There are blinds on the window now and the shower does have a curtain! Full access to living room and kitchen and the laundry is in the condo. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a small porch in the back, and a large sitting area in the front. Quiet and gated complex with lots of open parking. You will have a clicker to get through the gate.

I’m 24 and I do own this condo. I work full time Monday through Friday. I have a 45 gallon fish tank in the living room and a 10 month old cat named Gidget who loves everyone! I am looking for a clean roommate since I do like my place to stay tidy. I am not ok with any drugs being in the house other than cannabis!
