Newly renovated 4 bedroom property. Renting out 2 of the bedrooms to 2 males or 2 females (unless you don’t care). I will live in one of the rooms and there’ll be a small room we can use as a guestroom/office. There is full access to the kitchen, laundry, living room, basement and backyard. Including internet, but we will split electrical. Off-street/garaged parking. You will share the bathroom with only one other person. Minimum stay is 6 months.

I am in my 40s, keep to myself mostly. I enjoy cooking and watching TV. I value health and quiet living. Hoping to find roommates that I can become friends with (but not necessary if you want to keep to yourself). Looking for long-term rental. Someone who would view this place as their own, who would help out with the cleaning, maintenance of the house, etc. I work from home, but I would prefer someone who does not working from home. :). You - considerate, respectful, no drama, good at communicating.
