About the room

Available shared apartment at the Design District Area. 10 minute drive from UT Southwestern, Parkland, and Childrens Hospital. Fully furnished, washer and dryer. One room with a new sofa- bed, a Japanese style divider for privacy. Two dogs, well trained, and pretty quiet. I take care of them, they are clean and potty trained. Dogs will stay with me at all times. $700 and split the electric bill in half.

I work at children’s health Hospital. I live with my two lovely dogs, Rosie and Seraphina. I work most of the day, I don’t smoke or drink. I’m pretty easy going and flexible. Just want to keep the place nice, 🧹 tidy and have a harmonious environment. Can show you around if interested. 🏠
