About the room
4/3 Reposted as our prospective roommate fell through.
Single upstairs bedroom (unfurnished) at a unit in Monterra Townhomes looking to move in a new roommate as soon as possible. Chill LGBT friendly housing with a great southern Boise location less than 13 minutes to downtown with quick freeway access anywhere else you need to go. Utilities (varies) and additional community maintenance fees (around $70) not included in the base rent, but generally fluctuates around $750-$825 total for the month. Common area is furnished but you’re welcome to add your own touches!
2 car garage for parking, with ample shared parking outdoors for community residents. Current agreement is that roommates alternate who parks inside and who parks out on a weekly rotation.
Small dog or cat may be considered on a case by case basis, but do note we have two cats (ones an ESA) currently residing in the home and we’d like to assure that all pets will be properly introduced!
Looking for a roommate willing to sign on to the lease for 1 year minimum. Will need to go through the proper background check and get added on to the lease through Monterra Townhome’s management.
About the roomies
Cae: 32, [they/them]. I work full time as a cook for a local hospital and occasionally do freelance art on the side. Love gaming, going for walks downtown, and spending time with my cat Ebi. 1999 Nampa Burger king Pokémon promotional toy sweepstakes winner. 🏆
Caitlyn: 26, [she/they] I work full time at a clinic and I crochet, knit, and pick up dumb hobbies in my free time, I also like to game and I have a cat named Rory who causes an equal amount of emotional support and distress :)
