This beautiful 4-bedroom home is in an established, quite neighborhood with multiple parks and walking paths. It is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Located in the Ventana Ranch area.

1.2 mi CNM West Side, 5 mi to Presbyterian Rust Medical Center, 5 mi to Lovelace Westside Hospital, 5 mi to Cottonwood mall, short distance to shopping centers, Walmart, Restaurants, Unser Blvd and Hiway 40. 12 mi to Sandoval Regional Medical Center, 14 mi to UNM/UNMH.

This is a quiet, common area shared home. I am seeking a mature, professional/graduate student/travel nurse, non-smoking tenant who appreciates a quiet, respectful home environment. Applicants must be free from street drugs and only drink responsibly. Night shift worker welcome. I worked nights for years and was able to sleep comfortably because it is a quiet neighborhood.

You will have your choice of available bedrooms (3) with a shared bathroom. Common areas include the living room with treadmill, kitchen (with pantry for dedicated food storage, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, garbage disposal, toaster oven, and microwave), a downstairs half-bathroom, a upstairs full bath, and laundry facilities with washer and dry, as well as a large backyard which is perfect for gardening and being outdoors. All rooms have walk-in Closets and ceiling fans. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Garage is excluded from the shared space. A bimonthly maid will come and clean the common areas. Ground keepers come monthly. No pets are allowed.

Rent is $975 per month. A 1-year lease term is preferred, though a 6-month option is available. 50$ off 6- month lease, 100$ off 12 month year lease. An $975 deposit is required to hold the room; this deposit will then be applied as your security deposit. Water, trash, sewer, Internet, Gas, and Electric included. Bimonthly common area maid, grounds upkeep is included. Parking is available on the driveway and side of the house.

I will consider short-term rentals for travel nurses, visiting medical students and residents with proof of contract. 25$ discount for veterans and traveling medical professionals with proof of contract/service.

A one month, in advance, in writing, notice of intent to move is required.
