A two bedroom two bath apartment on the third floor apartment (no elevator).

In-unit washer & dryer Central AC and heater Dishwasher available Patio

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the room and the walls are thick (from your room, you wouldn’t be able to hear me blasting music) Very sunny apartment (especially in the evenings).

On-site permit parking. There is one garage and one outside parking spot. There is also free street parking and guest parking passes are easy to get.

There are 3 pools & 2 gyms in the apartment complex that are walking distance from the apartment. Neighborhood is quiet, calm, and very safe. Restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, nail salon, banks are close by (15min walk)

Close to almost all freeways (5, 405, 133, 73).

You are required to be on the lease and the apartment complex will run a background check. It’s a 13-month lease (Jun 2026 to Jul 2027). NOTE: You don’t have to stay the full 13-months - I called the office and they said you exit the lease. I would just ask that you give me a 30-day notice so I can look for someone else.

Hi! I’m looking for a new female roommate (my current one is move out because she’s getting married!)

It will only be me and my new roomie in the apartment. I’m a relatively quite person who likes to read, watch tv, clean, try my hand at gardening, and airfry everything lol.

I’m friendly and will start a chat if we’re in shared spaces, but if you need your alone time I will 100% respect that and leave you alone.

I’m an avid communicator and like to have house meetings to make sure we’re on the same page when it comes to utility usage, house rules, a cleaning schedule, guests, etc.
