THE ROOM The available bedroom is on the ground floor and features a walk-in closet, and a recliner (keep it or remove it — your call). There’s ample space for a queen bed, dresser, and bookshelf. The rest of the apartment is furnished.

THE LOCATION Two blocks from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. About a 12-minute walk to the Hoboken PATH.Rush-hour bus pickup/drop-off on Willow Ave, roughly a 6-minute walk. Ferry access to Midtown and Downtown NYC is also available.
About the roomies
We are two laid-back, professional males — mid-40s and early 50s — and we’re looking for one more like-minded person to share our comfortable three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Hoboken, NJ. We work in a hybrid environment, so it needs to be respectful during the day as well as night.
This is a quiet, adult home. We take that seriously. We trust each other and expect that from you as well.
If you appreciate coming home to a calm, clean, organized space — and you’re the kind of person who helps keep it that way — you’ll fit right in. If you’re looking for a social scene, a party pad, or a place to host, this is not it.
