Females only! Hi! My name is Caro 😊 I have a room coming available for move-in on June 1st! I own the home and can furnish the room if needed, but you’re welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture as well. The house is fully furnished and stocked — kind of like a long-term Airbnb setup.

I’m looking for someone who’s wanting a comfortable, peaceful place to stay where most everything is already provided. I don’t mind adding a few personal touches for you, but I’d prefer to keep the overall decor and feel of the home as is. There’s plenty of space in the fridge and pantry for your groceries, and the house includes a washer, dryer, and internet. Utilities are split evenly and have never gone over $150/month in the 3 years I’ve lived here.

I’m looking for someone who is super clean, respectful, and values keeping a cozy and peaceful environment.

I also have a small dog named Bailey 🐶 She’s a Maltipoo mix, hypoallergenic, and usually hangs out in my room or in the common areas when I’m home. I love animals, but ideally I’m looking for someone without pets — or possibly someone with a small, well-trained, and well-behaved dog similar to mine.
