Looking for a clean, responsible female roommate to share a spacious and comfortable home on a culdesac in a quiet neighborhood in Loganville. Home is located off Ozora rd, near Highway 81.

About the home and room: Home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath on an unfinished basement. Home has all appliances, central heat and air, laundry and all utilities included. All bedrooms are upstairs and this bedroom faces the yard with a reasonable size walk-in closet. Room is fully furnished including bedding . You are welcome to use your own.

Rules: No smoking inside, but you are welcome to smoke on patio or backyard. No pets. Guest and overnight guest are permitted so long as not excessive, and I have been notified .

Rent: $750 due on the 1st and a $300 refundable deposit, so long as no damages and a 30 day notice is given when leaving.

If you move in before the 1st I will prorate the rent, and that amount and the deposit will be due upon moving in.

For your pleasure home has a pool table, and backyard has BBQ grill and television. There is also a community pool for your enjoyment.

I am a mother of 3 adult children and currently work part time including weekends with varying hours. Current female tenant is in her 50’s and works Monday - Friday . She leaves around 5 am everyday so it makes sharing the bathroom more convenient, if your work hours are later. In addition there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. We are both drama free and easy to get along with.
