In central Billings, we have a basement for rent with a large living room area, private bedroom and private bathroom. It is a 3 bed, 3 bath property. There is a third additional room in the basement that doesn’t get used, as well as in unit laundry. Street parking available. Water, electricity, gas & internet bills are all additional to the monthly rent of $665. I’d say about $100 more a month, but it fluctuates. Upstairs kitchen and dining are communal spaces for all! No pets allowed per the rental company. Lease is month to month!

My roommate Kallie and I are looking to replace our downstairs roommate who is moving out in May. We are both in our early twenties (23 & 24) born and raised here in Billings, we are both homebodies, and pretty laid back and do our own thing. We work weekdays and are home most week nights and weekends, but are pretty in and out of the house. We are both single and prefer to keep common spaces picked up and tidy as much as possible, and would prefer not to have multiple guests frequently coming and going. We are look for a female close in age to us that is looking for a similar living situation!
