My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our third room in a beautiful and spacious townhouse based in Sherman Oaks!

3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Sherman Oaks off of Magnolia and Kester Ave. Great Location!! Right off of the 405 and 101 for easy commute if needed. 2 lights down from Ventura and Sherman Oaks Galleria. Quiet & safe neighborhood, walk able at night!

This is a 5 month lease! May 1st-October 1st (Can move in sooner)

Looking for a FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY who wants to be in a peaceful, non-party environment. We keep our space very clean and organized. My roommate and I have lived there together for 3 years, and I have lived here for 5 all together! $1,000 deposit is required to hold the room and you would receive back once you move out. $1350 for the room itself per month. Bills are pretty cheap we split by 3 and were pretty conserving so its great! You will share a shower with one of the women and have a bathroom downstairs that’s all your own. Garage space included.
