Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, basement with washer/dryer, and fenced in backyard. Off-street parking spots available for lease behind building. Location: Outskirts of Chestnut Hill, a friendly and neighborly community. Small shops and restaurants are nearby. 10 min walk to F&M college and Buchanon Park. 10 min walk to downtown. Expectations: My main expectation is that you are clean, responsible, and respectful. Looking for long term but open to short term as well. Small pets are welcome if they are maintained.
