Furnished Bedroom available with personal bathroom. Furniture includes bed frame, mattress, small dresser/bedside table, and shower curtains. There is a shared livingroom, office area, and, kitchen free to use as well as a fenced in backyard with a firepit. In house washer and dryer as well as dishwashers. All residents are responsible for taking care of their mess and cleanliness. All utilities are taken care of and residence has 1 gb wifi. In a small quiet neighborhood right off of the highway so it only takes 20 to 30 mins to get to downtown Columbia. Trash comes every week and we are connected to the cities sewer system.

Currently live there by myself but my girlfriend who goes to college nearby will sometimes visit. I work in government permitting. Lawn care will be handled by the owner but residents are welcome to garden and grow plants in and outside the house. I also love cooking.
