Very pleasant and safe neighborhood. I’m a student and it is great for studying. There are restaurants and cafe’s nearby. Great food. Sometimes I walk down the street to study at the Cafe. The apartment has all the modern amenities. There is a gym in the building, apartment has in unit laundry, and a balcony. The masterbedroom is the one available and it is private and isolated. You have your own bathroom and privacy. The only thing we share is a refrigerator (it is spacious) and the kitchen area. The apartment itself has a lot of space. I’m a medical student from NYC, I came to Utah to study, and there are other students that live in the property as well from around town. There are 3 universities around us, Rocky Mountain University, BYU, UVU is not too far either, and NoordaCOM. The drive to either one of them is about 5-8 minutes.
