It’s a large, bright, clean space with a balcony and lovely view. Very private as it’s the mother-in-law suite (essentially an apartment) to the home that encompasses the entire 2nd floor. Includes a bedroom, living room, office space, kitchenette and large bathroom. Shared entrance. All utilities are included, except heat. It has its own propane furnace. Kitchenette includes full new fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and full sink.
About the roomies
I am the only other tenant living there, although occasionally I have guests. Currently, I have three dogs, however that is due to change. They are not allowed anywhere near your area. They are only allowed in a designated area downstairs and are the main reason i’m looking for someone who doesn’t plan on having company except on rare occasions.
