The room is pretty big. I found it to be quite spacious. Having my own private bathroom was nice and so was having my own built-in closet and not sharing my space with anyone was also pretty cool. The good thing about the area is it’s a 10-minute walk from campus. You would have no trouble getting to class if you’re running late. If you’re in the mood to eat, there are good restaurants nearby, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Hungry Howie’s, El Paisano, and there’s a cool place to study as well, a little coffee shop called Honey 2AB. This property has an amazing rooftop gym, pool, fire pits, which I used almost every week.
So you would be taking over my lease, so you would not be moving in with me. And there are also two rooms in the same unit available, so if you wanna move in with your friends, this is a perfect time to sign up. There are 3 rooms still available. There is only one room which is going to be taken, which is our previous roommate who is staying back. He’s a pretty chill, laid-back guy, mostly stays in his room. Shouldn’t be any trouble.
