While the downstairs bathroom is occasionally used by other roommates in cases of convenience, you have full authority to decorate & make it yours as much as you please! The property is set in a family friendly neighborhood & comes equipped with surround surveillance. The best way to describe the area is neighborly, from people walking their dogs at all hours of the day, to the occasional family party. While lively, the neighborhood always remains peaceful. Nearby you can locate many shopping centers that are stocked with some of the best convenient stores such as Costco, Walmart, Vons, Home Depot, FiveBelow, & even a gym, all within close proximity! Overall a beautiful home that is perfect for any fresh start!

Hi! My name is Sandra & I’m freshly 24yrs of age with my other two roomies (& hopefully yours!) being, Kayla (24) & Dallas (23) with two furry roommates 🐱🐱. While the cats stay to their room for the most part, occasionally they roam around. They’re very sweet & gentle & have never given any issues to current & previous roommates! We’re big on making our house feel like a home where everyone is comfortable & feels welcome. While we love making memories together as roomies we also respect one another’s space & prioritize everyone feeling like they’re in the comfort of their home. With some nights being filled with laughter & the sound of movies, to other nights being everyone winding down in their own rooms & finding relaxation.
