MIXED GENDER HOUSE, ANYONE WELCOME Millcreek/Canyon Rim Area. $900/month Move in is ideally June 1st, but can be flexible!

Looking to fill one room in a great house behind Momentum & REI on 3300 South, super close to the highway, a grocery store, and shopping. Nice big house, big beautiful fenced in yard, TONS of storage. We have one attached garage dedicated to all our ski, camping, climbing, and hobby stuff, and another two car garage perfect for car projects & hanging out, plus even more storage in the basement. Seriously, more storage than we know what to do with! It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 2.5 living rooms (and a small 5th room that acts as a guest room).

The room itself it probably the best room in the house, lots of natural light, huge closet, and built in shelving. The roomie in there now fits a bed, TV and stand, and work desk in there comfortably! I’ve lived in the house about 7 years so have a great relationship with our landlord, who is a real dude and not some leasing megacorporation, so he responds fast and is very chill!

Your roomies will be me (30, female, wildlife photographer), Alex (31, male, construction), and Matt (30, male, musician). Have had a majority male house for a while but anyone is welcome. We all climb, camp, snowboard, and ski. If you’re new to Salt Lake, we’ve got a great group of friends here and there’s always room for one more, whether we’re headed down to the desert for climbing or to the mountains for camping! We know how to party, but rarely host at our house, so it stays clean and chill.
