Hi everyone! We have a large master bedroom opening up in Fairfax, CA on June 1st, 2026. We live in a lovely duplex that is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a beautiful kitchen and living room! It’s a really safe neighborhood and walking distance from Downtown Fairfax with lots of nature and friendly neighbors. There is a patio with a beautiful view of the sunrise, letting in a lot of natural light. We like to keep things clean and comfy with a laid back and welcoming atmosphere. There is a driveway we all rotate sharing and the washer/dryer is located downstairs in the master bedroom (which would be your room). The room also includes a private bathroom and patio space. Fairfax itself is a beautiful town that offers funky dive bars that are open late! Our neighborhood is very family oriented and offers peaceful sunsets in the evenings.

A five minute walk to downtown, nature preserves, and more, it’s a great home-base to explore the surrounding area. We are currently looking for someone who has a full-time, or close to full time job/going to school and who is clean and respectful. Female roommates in the 20-30 age range preferred. The room is downstairs and includes a private bathroom. The room is month to month. Rent is 1,300+utilities: PG&E, internet & trash.
