Spacious (largest of 3) bedroom (mattress was queen for scale and room is now completely empty) with decent sized closet in a 3 bedroom apartment with shared office/massage room. You would have the hall bathroom and would be expected to keep it clean and tidy for guests. There’s a roomba vacuum and mop. Everything is fully furnished except for your bedroom. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring throughout entire apartment. The home stays pretty clean and very organized but I moved in on 3/30 so I’m still getting everything set up. Walking distance from Progress Ridge. Apartment looks over a beautiful courtyard and has a decent sized balcony. Smoking not allowed in home but is allowed 25 feet from buildings. There’s heat but you need portable A/C for summertime. Property amenities: Indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, huge gym, BBQ, pet washing station, Amazon hub lockers, huge community rooms, coffee bar, lots of free parking.

I have 5 cats and a dog who are all incredibly sweet and affectionate (it does not smell like animals because I clean frequently and have a Litter Robot). I am a big homebody who’s trying to get out more. I’m very clean and organized so you MUST be wired like that but understanding about occasional “progress messes”. I’m particular about how I like things to be so I appreciate someone who is the same way and gets it. I am respectful, levelheaded and communicate clearly, I expect the same. Rent is to be paid on the 25th of every month so I don’t have to pay a withdrawal fee. My ideal roomie is someone thorough and CLEAN, communicative, willing to compromise and ask for compromise, respectful and kind, agreeable (you’ll get the same in return), fun, enjoy a quiet peaceful home, animal lover.
