Bedroom in a house for rent. Includes a private bathroom and a covered garage parking spot. Access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, and living room. Rent includes all bills (including wi-fi). Bedroom is 12ft x 11ft (not including the closet). My previous tenant had a king size bed with some extra space in the room. Looking to sign a 6 month lease with the option to renew. The photos have a queen sized bed for size reference.

I would prefer someone on the tidier side. I tend to keep a pretty clean house. I am currently working as a server, so my work schedule is all over the place. I do tend to watch a lot of TV and movies in the living room, but also have a TV in my own room. I do have an online call with friends in the office (which shares walls with the rental room) every other Monday night from 7:30pm until 10pm. Other than that, I do try and be respectful of noise levels.
