Private bedroom and private bath in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at The Preserves at Godley Station in Pooler. Convenient location near Walmart, Tanger, Sam’s Club, Publix and many restaurants. I have 2 dogs, a Pit/American Bully mix and a Lab mix, both under a year old and both very friendly, though very hyper. Room currently is furnished but the furniture can be removed if you wish to bring your own. Looking to rent out room to a responsible and CLEAN individual ASAP. Rent will include all utilities, washer/dryer, and WiFi.

If you choose to use the furniture: queen size, memory foam mattress, head board, bed frame has drawers on all sides, 2 matching night stands and matching chest.

I am Nicholas, 36 years old. I work full time nights as a nurse. I keep my home clean. I am quiet and I sleep during the days.

This is mine and my husband’s home. We are a married, gay couple. He has had to relocate to his home country of Colombia for an unknown time so you will only be sharing the space with me and our 2 dogs.

About our dogs: Beni (1 year old Pit/Bully mix) and Lili (10 month old Lab mix). They are both very friendly, have never shown aggression to anyone. They are very playful and hyper though.
