Hi me and my roommates are looking for 3 people to live us next year. Move in would be August 1st of 2026. This will be the cheapest house in Boulder you will find for the school year, and we are looking for people looking to live for a 12-month period (August 2026-July 2027). We live very close to campus in the Martin Acers neighborhood with a bus stop right outside the house to take you to and from school. Currently all guy’s ages 21-23 so preferably all guys but open to whatever. Rooms are all decent size and can fit at least a bed, desk, and dresser. All of them come with closets and there is plenty of storage room for whatever you may need. Rooms are all $606 a month plus utilities which range from $50-100 a month depending on time of year and usage. House has all the essentials including in house washer and dryer, stove and oven, dishwasher, and two fridges, and 3 full bathrooms. Driveway is pretty big with car port and can fit up to 8ish cars with street parking (no parking pass or anything like that) We are all super chill and open to whoever so just reach out.
