IT’S FREE ! ! I’m Living alone in a 4 bedroom house, and prefer to have a senior female 65-70 to TALK TO ONLY ! And have a sign of life in the house. I have a Empty Room for her to live in, she must have her own TV, Bed, and dresser. All utilities are free, there’s a washer and dryer downstairs, her own refrigerator, with own parking space In the garage, but my stove is down at the moment, have to use a two burner hot plate. Dish washer it’s Neet and not a new house, but it home for me.There’s a half bathroom in hallway, if you want to you’re welcome to use my bathroom, your privacy is Very important to me. I lost my spouse earlier this year and my kids are grown ups and I’m used to having a female voice in the house.Thats why everything is Free. I’M NOT LOOKING FOR A WOMAN ! Or a Girl Friend !
About the roomies
It’s just me and my dog living at the house. She’s a German Shepherd, not allowed to run through out the house. If anyone interested come look at the house first.
