About the room

Sub-lease for 1 year. This is a 2 bedroom luxury suite in the center of Wilkes-Barre, Pa. We are right between Wilkes-Barre and Kings collage, students welcome, but NO TOLERANCE, for loud parties! Beautiful view of the town square from the living room and even better view from your private bedroom with private bathroom. Master bedroom will remain secured but the rest of the home is all yours! There is also a full brand new gym and meeting/confrence room with pool table.

The landlord does NOT normally allow sublease but has made a exception for me. I travel extensively so you will have the property pretty much to yourself. I will disclose the address after we speak. All utilities included except internet. Washer and dryer in the suite. Must pass background check to include credit check. If you have bad or limited credit history its ok but a higher deposit and positive rental history would be required. Deposit is $750. Secure,covered parking space is included. I am not sure if I will take Tabby (the cat) with me when I travel. If the renter is allergic and or I can take her with me on travels I will try. She is toilet trained, so no litter box and she really is a terrific cat! Im sure you will like her as well.
